Hi, I’m McKenna

Certified Strength, Running and Health Coach

With over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am excited to have the opportunity to change even more lives through online training. As a lifelong athlete and now as a trainer, I have seen first hand the impact that fitness can have on a life.  I hope to help you see those positive impacts and help create lasting change throughout your entire life through personalized training for any stage of life.
